boat parking buggy service long wait hotel wing

The location was ideal for morning walks. our room overlooked the boat parking areas. buggy service was convenient. It ferried us from our accommodation to the dining area.

The hotel has two wings. One is in the main building, the other is in the marina. transportation is provided, but one time i waited outside for twenty minutes.

ineffective air conditioner rude front desk

The room air conditioner acts like its from the Stone Age. It struggles to keep up with the tropical heat. The front desk staff act like I interrupted their beauty sleep when I asked for assistance. They seem annoyed someone dared approach them with a question. Housekeeping appears to use the same rag for everything in the bathroom, so the room smells suspiciously of cleaning product and lingering something else.

dirty room bathroom tiles

the room was not clean there was hair stuck on the tiles in the bathroom upon check-in i found this quite disgusting it made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel i expected better cleanliness especially considering the price i paid for my stay the bathroom clearly needed more attention from the cleaning staff i am frustrated and deeply dissatisfied by that.

unclean room poor breakfast

i was frustrated with a few things. the room was not clean when i arrived there were hairs stuck to the tiles in the bathroom i expected better. also the breakfast was disappointing especially for someone from europe it lacked variety and quality for common european tastes.

pleasant temperature spring rolls

The pool was very large and maintained a consistently pleasant temperature. Eating by the pool was easy, and I liked the spring rolls and piña coladas! They tasted amazing.

The hotel location felt slightly isolated, which might be a drawback if you prefer being closer to attractions.
