My stay at the Karma Phuket was bittersweet. On one hand, the resort has beautiful views and a serene lagoon setting that is quite appealing. However, the upkeep of the property left much to be desired with several maintenance issues. The experience was disappointing due to outdated facilities and poor hygiene, especially in the rooms. While the staff tried their best to be friendly and accommodating, it was hard to overlook the drawbacks during our stay.
